I had a fantastic experience at Cartune! They did my car alignment recently, and despite some issues cropping up again, they honored their warranty with no hassle at all. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, and they really made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend them for anyone needing alignment .

I popped a tire literally right in front of the store, which was incredibly lucky. I’m on the younger side and had never had a problem with my tires before, and everyone was so understanding. The owner, Abel, was very kind and upfront about options, what they would cost, how long it would take, etc. He was very friendly and got my tire fixed in only about an hour, including making sure he had the parts he needed and pulling up a rough quote, which was competitive with the surrounding auto shops. Honestly, they probably had every opportunity to screw me over considering I couldn’t go anywhere, had no clue what I was doing, and AAA would have taken 30-40 minutes haha, so I’m very grateful they were understanding. Everyone was awesome and there was no attempt to upsell, which I understand is very common with auto shops. Thank you again!

Went to get my 2014 Mercedes checked up today. I believe they are under new management and the attention to detail is incredible. Ken did an inspection for me and was able to point out a lot of problems that I would have never noticed. I especially appreciated the length he went into to explain everything clearly to me who is definitely not as knowledgeable about the inner working of cars. He managed to get quality parts at reasonable prices and the tune up process was incredibly speedy. My car drives like new and I could not have asked for more. I would highly recommend this spot for servicing your vehicle!

I was in a bad situation where I caused damage to a company car that could had led to me being fired. The plan was to get the car fixed be for my next working shift. Timing was crucial and my stress level was off the charts. After speaking with Ken I felt so much better. He walked me thru everything that needed to be done and assured me they could get the vehicle fixed. In about 2 hours I was back in my car and my job was saved. I definitely recommend this place. It felt like Ken made it his mission to save my job. You can’t fake that kind of kindness and compassion. Very grateful 🙏🏼

Under new management? What was wrong with the old. Dealt with Ken on Friday and I’ll never be back that’s for sure. Don’t bag on the old if your worse then them cause Ken’s a no go for me, no way I’d trust this dude giving me a fair bill or fixing the actual problem
